The Mainline Model Railroaders Fellowship (MMRF) is an organization that supports and promotes the hobby of model railroading. We are a group of model railroad enthusiasts, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and promote the hobby by inviting independent and club model railroaders to participate in special events.

Model railroading can be a very enjoyable hobby, with many interesting facets. A person need not be an expert to enjoy model trains, all you need is the desire to participate in the hobby. Our organization has members from all age groups that come from many different professional backgrounds. We have a variety of model railroading experience from the young to the seasoned veteren. All model railroad scales are represented.

The annual MMRF Swap Meet was held on Saturday, May 1 at the Central Lions Seniors Recreation Centre from 9AM-1PM. Watch for the announcement of the 2011 Swap Meet.

The MMRF organizes the annual Great Edmonton Model Train Show. In 2010, it will be held on September 18 & 19 at the Mayfield Inn Trade Center from 10:00 to 5:00 each day. Our members volunteer their time and talents to make the show one of the best in Canada. Exhibitors should submit a GETS Application Form.

We are also active in other model railroad hobby related activities.

If you are interested in meeting great people, participating in a fantastic family hobby, and volunteering your time and talents to model railroading activities, then climb aboard and join the Mainline Model Railroaders Fellowship.
